Derick also known as #SavTattoo on FB/IG has been tattooing in Las Vegas since 1989, starting at Las Vegas Tattoo Co., the first licensed shop in Nevada. Throughout the years he's expanded his artistic skills in Tennessee  and at conventions all around the United States.
