You can find Tattoo apprentice Cece sinkin' her teeth in  some ink here in Old Vegas; the heart of downtown Las Vegas next to Fremont Street Experience. Cece is not only making a name for herself but is following in her fathers footsteps and has become a second generational artist and soon to be tattoo artist.  She basically grew up in a tattoo shop and its where she finds comfort and a place for expression.
